Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PLSD Depot. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

We strive to dispatch your equipment as efficiently as possible. Orders are typically shipped via local courier services, or via the postal service for remote locations (such as the Israel north or Eilat). Under normal conditions, the standard delivery time is 1 to 7 business days from the moment the purchase is confirmed and processed. However, the maximum delivery time is strictly dependent on the availability of the products at our suppliers' and/or manufacturers' warehouses. In the event that an item is out of stock, the buyer will be notified promptly. If the revised timeline is unacceptable to the buyer, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. You may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product, subject to specific conditions and cancellation fees. Third-Party Products and Warranties

Our store offers equipment manufactured by third-party companies, including but not limited to Phoenix Contact, Advantech, and NVIDIA. We act as a retailer for these products. All product specifications, performance claims, and warranties are determined and provided by the respective original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Any warranty claims or technical defects will be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective manufacturer and applicable Israeli consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLSD LAB TECH LTD and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the service and/or using any product purchased on the website. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions.

Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Central District / Netanya, Israel.
