Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

PLSD Depot proudly serves the local market. At this time, we process and ship orders exclusively within the State of Israel. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are typically shipped via local courier services, or via the postal service for remote locations.

For in-stock items, the maximum standard delivery time to reach the final destination is up to 10 business days from the moment the purchase is confirmed. This timeframe includes an order processing time of 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Israeli national holidays) and a transit time of 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within Israel. Deliveries to remote areas or settlements may experience the longer end of this transit time. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.

Out of Stock and Special Orders

Please note that the maximum delivery time is strictly dependent on the availability of the products at our suppliers' and/or manufacturers' warehouses. Certain specialized industrial equipment from our manufacturing partners (such as Phoenix Contact, Advantech, or NVIDIA) may be subject to manufacturer lead times if they are not currently in local stock. In the event that an item is out of stock or requires a special import order, the buyer will be notified promptly with the revised estimated delivery timeline. If the revised timeline is unacceptable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

In-Store Pickup

If applicable, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. We will send you an email with instructions when your order is ready.
