Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from PLSD Depot. If you need to return an item or cancel your order, our policy strictly adheres to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Returns and Cancellations Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. You have the right to cancel your transaction within 14 days from the date of purchase, the date of receiving the product, or the date of receiving the document containing the transaction details, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.

Cancellation Fees In accordance with Israeli law, if you cancel a transaction (for reasons other than a product defect or a discrepancy/breach of contract by us), a cancellation fee will apply. This fee is equal to 5% of the purchase price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned under the law:

Special order items that were imported, manufactured, or ordered from the manufacturer (e.g., Phoenix Contact, Advantech) specifically for your order.

Software, downloadable products, or digital licenses.

Goods that have been damaged, used, or altered after delivery.

Return Shipping If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund (minus the applicable cancellation fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
